New Year's Intentions and Resolutions

Every year at about this time people are excited to set new goals for the year, their New Year's resolutions. I love setting goals too! You’ve heard me share my fitness goals, whether it be 365 in 365 for a few years where I committed to intentionally moving at least 30 minutes a day for 365 days, or in 2023 setting out to row a million meters! 

What I haven’t shared are the intentions I set for myself alongside these goals: living with intention, being more fully present, empowering myself and others. Today let’s discuss setting intentions for the new year!
